My personal friendship with Trish began when she sold me my home in
Edmond, Oklahoma. I interviewed with Foodbrands America four years ago, and she was
the corporate Realtor® for the company. When I moved to Oklahoma City, I
knew two people. I worked with one person at Foodbrands in a previous
position, and I met Trish through the need to purchase a home. I drove around with Trish on a warm spring day and something told me that I could have a good life here. She told me that she could have me in a home that I would love in very little time. I was offered the position at Foodbrands, and I moved from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Edmond, Oklahoma on June 26, 2000. Trish kept her word and she helped me find the perfect home to meet all of my needs. I closed and moved into my new home on August 17. She not only helped me find a beautiful home...she also took it upon herself to introduce me to friends in order to help with the transition of building a new life in Edmond. Amanda Bedinghaus |

Little did I know when my
family first met Trish 5 years ago on our house hunting trip to Edmond
that we would all find "family" in her. She did something no other realtor
has ever done for us not only by helping us to make an informed decision
on our home but we always felt like she had "our back". That meant so much
to us as we were having to adjust to moving to another state in addition
to finding the right home. Having a realtor who understood the stresses
and was knowledgeable in the market was imperative. Our friendship with
Trish through the years has meant so much to us. When my parents moved to
Edmond, Trish was who we called to help find them a home also. When we
moved to the DFW metroplex, of course she sold our home in Edmond in 2
weeks. My only regret in all of this is that she wasn't able to help us
find our home in Texas. (I think she needs to get her Real Estate License
in Texas as well as Oklahoma-- ha.) I have appreciated Trish's
